Spotted the ice-blue 88m outside Vela Cruz. Looks like Nightjar, but the transom now says BELLWETHER. Can anyone confirm?

Looks like Nightjar

Confirmed from the bridge plate in a crew photo: IMO 9817426, yard HV-117. Same hull, renamed.

Vela Cruz marina posted December berth-fee awards, then replaced the PDF. I saved the schedule because it also had the tug contracts. Line 86 for berth D-14 reads:

Vessel: BELLWETHER (9817426) · Account: Mistral Harbor Holdings Ltd · Invoice VC-24-88103

SA company record is here. Looks like a standard single-asset structure.

Old thread, but Harbour Works and Mistral ended up in Commercial Division over the winter-garden work. PC-COM-2025-0147, if anyone follows refit disputes. Docket.
